Adolfo Bautista Marrufo (born May 15, 1979), also known as "Bofo", is a Mexican former professional footballer who played as an attacking midfielder and centre-forward. Bautista is remembered for his powerful shot, creative ball control, and acrobatic moves, as well as for his extravagant style; especially his colorful hairstyles and unusual squad numbers. He played for a variety of teams, most notably for Guadalajara, as well as the Mexico national team. He also appeared in the 2010 FIFA World Cup representing Mexico. Bautista oftentimes threw his cleats into the crowd as part of his goal celebration.
