About Andreas Maislinger

Andreas Maislinger (born 26 February 1955) is an Austrian political scientist and founder and former chairman of the Austrian Service Abroad. He is the founder of the Austrian Holocaust Memorial Award and the Braunau Contemporary History Days. In 2023, he resigned as chairman of the Austrian Service Abroad after several cases of severe misconduct committed by Maislinger came to light.
