About César Izturis
César David Izturis (; born February 10, 1980) is a Venezuelan former professional baseball shortstop who currently serves as the bench coach for the Toros de Tijuana of the Mexican League. He played 13 seasons in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Toronto Blue Jays, Los Angeles Dodgers, Chicago Cubs, Pittsburgh Pirates, St. Louis Cardinals, Baltimore Orioles, Milwaukee Brewers, Washington Nationals, and Cincinnati Reds. He is the half-brother of shortstop Maicer Izturis.
