Charles Edward Hayes Jr. (born June 11, 1983) is an American basketball executive and former professional player who is the director of basketball operations for the Golden State Warriors of the National Basketball Association (NBA). An undersized 6 ft 6 in (1.98 m) center, he played college basketball for the University of Kentucky. From 2006 to 2015, he played in the NBA for the Houston Rockets, Sacramento Kings, and Toronto Raptors.
