About Dion Lewis
Dion John Lewis (born September 27, 1990) is an American football coach and former running back who played in the National Football League (NFL) for 10 seasons. He played college football for the Pittsburgh Panthers, earning second-team All-American honors in 2009. Lewis was selected by the Philadelphia Eagles in the fifth round of the 2011 NFL draft. He is currently the assistant running backs coach for the University of Albany. After two seasons with the Eagles, Lewis then had stints with the Cleveland Browns and Indianapolis Colts over the next two seasons, but never appeared in a game for either team. He then played three seasons with the New England Patriots and won Super Bowl LI with the team. Lewis then played for the Tennessee Titans for two seasons before playing his final season with the New York Giants.
