Khosrow Golsorkhi (Persian: خسرو گلسرخی; 23 January 1944 – 18 February 1974) was an Iranian journalist, poet, and Marxist activist. Golsorkhi was the chief editor of the art section for Kayhan newspaper in 1969, where he gained popularity for his leftist and revolutionary poetry. At a time of heightened guerilla activity (see Siahkal incident), Khosrow Golsorkhi supported underground leftist movements in Iran and the world during the Cold War.
