Lily Poulett-Harris (2 September 1873 – 15 August 1897) was an Australian sportswoman and educationalist, notable for being the founder of the first women's cricket league in Australia. She captained the Oyster Cove team in that in the league. She continued to play until forced to retire due to ill health from tuberculosis that would eventually claim her life at the young age of 23.
