About Robert Budreau
Robert Budreau (born January 25, 1974) is a Canadian film director, screenwriter, and producer. He made his feature film debut with That Beautiful Somewhere (2006) and is best known for writing and directing Born to Be Blue (2015) and Stockholm (2018). Budreau received the Canadian Screen Award for Best Adapted Screenplay and the Directors Guild of Canada Award for Best Direction in a Feature Film for Stockholm. Through his production company, Lumanity Productions, he has also produced films including Delia’s Gone (2022) and Queen of Bones (2023).
